(fl. 2450 BC). High official during Dynasty 5. He held the post of overseer of the pyramids of Neferirkare and Niuserre and the sun temples of Sahure, Neferirkare, Raneferef, and Niuserre. His mastabatombat Saqqaracontains some of the finest carved scenes of daily life from the period. It was discovered by Auguste Mariette in 1860.
